Yesterday, Pure Thobo had the opportunity to spend the day with Freddy Milling, an experienced small-scale miller based in Tonota, to gain practical knowledge and insight into the milling industry.
It was a day of learning, observing, asking questions and understanding what it truly takes to operate and grow a milling business at small scale.
We gained practical exposure to:

🏭 Understanding the operations behind a milling business
What stood out most is that building a successful business is not only about having a good idea—it is about learning the industry, understanding the process, seeking knowledge and being willing to learn from those who have walked the journey before you.
Every visit, every conversation and every lesson is helping build a stronger foundation.
