Just two days after acquiring a Starter Pack of 5 goats, the herd grew to 7 goats.

Mr. Vince Onkz SEngate of Native Chickens Botswana collected his goats on Monday, and true to our word about some being pregnant, he was blessed with ´FEMALE TWINS’ on Thursday, increasing his herd even further.

Congratulations, sir! 🍾 This is truly heartwarming.

This is « PATCH » (a full mouth doe)

She is our best breeding FLOCK goat. Last year she gave us Tripplets female kids (3) and all full color . This year she gave us 2 female kids unfortunately 1 with a patch.

In the past her entire offsprings were full color ( no patch) this is just genetics!

Now what is a FLOCK K-RED GOAT? In short, a flock goat is a goat which does not comply with the stud standards but has no cull defects. At least 75% of the colour must be brown, without creating the impression of motley.

Why was she Flocked? Because according to the breed standards; Only one patch with a maximum of 10cm in diameter is permitted on the barrel - hind quarters - belly. HENCE her patch is more than 10cm

CAN A FLOCK GOAT BIRTH A STUD GOAT? Absolutely YES! A flock goat is a pure bred animal therefore its offsprings are liable for Stud inspection and be graded accordingly
