Unlike a typical 8-to-5 job, which can often be performed with minimal effort, small stock breeding, requires a different approach. It is not a venture that yields success when approached passively. As a beginner in small stock breeding, I have observed that the initial capital investment is huge, and profits cannot be expected in the short term. Let’s exercise patience and with passion, and hands-on approach, we will get there.

One of the most challenging situations as a farm owner is when a trusted herdsman abruptly leaves without notice, only to later request to return. This particular individual was among the best employees I’ve had, which makes the decision even more difficult. Their sudden departure created a sense of confusion and disappointment.
