b) 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤/𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 – indicates or gives assurance that a product complies with the requirements of a relevant product standard.

c) 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 - are affixed to any weighing or measuring instrument that is used in trade to indicate whether that instrument complies with the requirements of the Weights and Measures Act Cap 43:06.

- the 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 denotes compliance; it provides evidence that the instrument was inspected and complies with the requirements of the Act and also that the measurement results are accurate and can be trusted.
- The sticker shall also indicate the recommended date of the next verification in the form of month and year.

- 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 – is a rejection mark that provides evidence that the instrument/equipment was inspected and found not to be compliant to the requirements and that the measurements of the equipment are not accurate.
