This week trying a new recipe! Mocha Chocolate Chip cookies. Made with real butter, coffee, and cream, these are almost like a cross between a cookie and cake. DELICIOUS.

Baking shortbread this week. Made some the other day and realized they disappeared VERY quickly. Made with real butter, these literally melt in your mouth! This time I'm making twice as many so I will have some to share.
