Hey at the end of this week The Prairie Wallflower Local Market is taking a seasonal break. But don't worry, we'll be back May Long Weekend in our Open Air space. Good morning folks! It's Friday and at my house that means it's Pizza Day!!! My current favourite Coco Brooks Pizzas are Alo Mo Wana (Ham, Bacon, Pineapple) and Three Cheese. I love to dip both in Jalapeno Cream from MAXI FOODS.

Stock up for the weekend... there's even Breakfast Pizzas and Banana Bread pizza for dessert!!!

I'll be open today at 2 with fresh Inspired Go salads. Back on the menu is the Crunchy Cashew. This Dairy Free salad is your go-to for satisfying sweet, savoury, and crunchy cravings in one tasty dish! This is one of my favourite salads!

For a simple, chef inspired meal at home, serve alongside Pork or Chicken Dumplings from Coco Brooks .

Good morning folks!

I have good news and I have bad news... the bad news is I will not have salads this week😢... the good news is the Coco Brooks freezers are full with easy, make at home foods!!!

Coco Brooks makes the best frozen pizzas but that's not all... they have appies, wings, stuffed chicken & more! Have you tried the Mac & Cheese Croquettes? I love to dip mine in Jalapeno Cream from MAXI FOODS. Yum!

Here's a quick and delicious meal idea: Coco Brooks Potato & Cheddar Perogies with Farmers Sausage found in the Boe Farms Freezer.

While you're there, grab some ground beef or stew meat to go in a big pot of soup from Meela's Mixes to keep you warm during the upcoming cold snap!

Add a Beer Bread mix from Lannie Rae Gourmet or a Provisions Food Company biscuit or cornbread mix for a hearty homemade meal everyone will love.
