This week's recipe: Iced Sparkling Grapefruit & Rosemary Cooler

Ingredients:
• 60 ml pink grapefruit juice
• 1 fresh rosemary sprig
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 120 ml sparkling water
• Ice

Steps:
1. Combine grapefruit juice and syrup in glass.
2. Add rosemary sprig and stir firmly for 20 seconds.
3. Fill glass with ice.
4. Top with sparkling water and garnish.
