Our Maplewood Smoked Gin brings a subtle whisper of maplewood smoke that adds depth without overpowering, creating a martini that’s crisp, elegant and unmistakably Canadian.

The Mother of All Smoked Martinis
• 60 mL Valley of Mother of God Maplewood Smoked Gin
• 10 mL dry vermouth

Stir over ice until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish with an olive, lemon twist or cocktail onions for a delicious Gibson Martini.

Simple. Cold. Perfect for a summer evening.

This Father’s Day, we’re raising a Maplewood Smoked Bramble to the fathers and grandfathers who have shaped our lives.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Valley of Mother of God Gin and the talented bar team at the Mono Cliffs Inn near Orangeville, Ontario.

SMOKED BRAMBLE RECIPE:
• 45 mL VMG Maplewood Smoked Gin
• 15mL Creme de Mûre (blackberry liqueur)
• 15mL Simple Syrup
• 30mL Lemon Juice
• Fresh Blackberries to garnish
