For my Amherst and area friends, I will be catering the gluten free option for this event at Holy Family Parish here in Amherst this Tuesday, we will have pancakes, home baked beans and sausage. If you think you will be attending can you comment to give me an idea of the numbers?

All prep done off site to eliminate the risk of cross contamination and I will also be bringing my own appliances on site.
