Brunch is on from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and our regular menu is also available all day until 8:00 PM.

This week’s rotating pancake: a fluffy stack of dark chocolate banana pancakes, topped with brûléed bananas and finished with Warren Family Maple syrup. 🍌🍫

The afternoon light spills through the dining room windows as I watch the white sails arriving from the old world into the harbour.

Our fishermen returning home after a long day catching the bounty of the sea, the bread still warm from the village bakery, and a pot of chowder waiting at the centre of the table.

At Maison St. George, our seafood chowder is a little reflection of that feeling. Mussels, shrimp, smoked haddock, cream, buttered local bread, and wine from nearby vineyards. Simple things, done with care.

A meal meant to slow you down for a moment and remind you that the Maritimes have their own way of comforting people. Honest, humble, and deeply tied to the land and sea around us.

Some may have the day off this May 18th… but George and his crew have been keeping busy.

While some were sleeping in, the sea was still doing what it does best… delivering its bounty to our little corner of the world.

Fresh catches, salty air, and a kitchen ready to turn it all into something worth gathering around for.

The coast doesn’t really take holidays, and neither does good food.

Because everything taste better with butter … We bring you our Bacon + Chipotle Mayo Eggs Benedict, generously dressed in silky hollandaise because, frankly, restraint has never made brunch better.

Smoky bacon, perfectly poached eggs, a little chipotle kick, and enough buttery goodness to make your morning significantly more enjoyable.

A little note from George’s team 🤍

It’s so easy to get swept away by the wind these days. Life moves quickly, and in the midst of the busy days, we wanted to take a moment to pause and simply say thank you.

A few weeks into opening the doors of Maison St George, we are feeling incredibly grateful for the kindness, encouragement, and overwhelming support this community has shown us. Every meal shared around our tables, every kind word spoken, it all means more than we can truly put into words.

We love what we do, but what makes it all the more meaningful is seeing happy faces gathered around good food, good company, and the simple joy of sharing a moment together.

We are equally grateful to partner with so many remarkable local businesses who help bring Maison St George to life. From the beautiful breads of Goat Island Bakery, as well Arch and Po Bakery, the incredible produce from Whipple Tree Farm and Sissiboo Greens, the warming smell from Sissiboo Coffee, and the wonderful products from The Red Onion Market, Crown and Anchor, Lunn’s Mill Beer Co., and Annapolis Brewing Co. And so many more are woven into every experience we create here.

Maison St George was always meant to be more than just a restaurant. It was meant to be a gathering place, built with heart, community, and a deep appreciation for all the people who make it possible.
