Let’s chat about the difference between our 20% and 30% protein tubs.

Key-Lix Cattleman’s 20%:
This is our most popular tub. It is a great all around tub, good for use on all cattle stages when using good quality pasture and/or forage.

Key-Lix Cattleman’s 30%:
This tub is a great option for late fall and winter feeding. These tubs work with swath grazing, corn grazing, and stock piled pasture grazing where protein levels have been depleted. They are also a valuable tool for extending winter feed by allowing producers to use poor quality or fibrous forages. They contain urea, which breaks down in the rumen to produce rumen bacterial protein. This is then a usable and concentrated form of protein for the cow. In addition to providing extra protein, the urea will aid in the breakdown and digestion of fibres, increasing the energy available in the feed.

KEY-LIX WEANING/STRESS TUBS

What are they?
