I would love to hear your ideas on what we should add to the farm + shop. What products + experiences did you love most? What do you want to see next?

Lavender magic.

Our Lavender Lemonade Fizz is pink this year. Thanks to nature!

To make the drink, we create a lavender tea that we carbonate. The naturally occurring anthocyanins (plant chemical pigments) in the lavender water turn pink when mixed with the citrus (acid) of . How cool is that?!

The pink hue was actually a happy accident. In trying to make the lavender flavour stronger, we steeped the tea longer. This released the anthocyanins in the lavender + created the pink hue.

Thanks Mother Nature for making our favourite drink even better 😘
