The herb and onion lamb sausage is amazing!

I have eggs (not many) and I am fully stocked with chicken, lamb and honey.

I have lots of lean ground beef, but I am getting very, very low on all other cuts of beef. I have another one going in at the beginning of October and he will be finished on carrots, apples and barley.

Eat well, eat local.

I have lamb sausage back in stock. Honey garlic as well as a new flavour, onion and herb. All lamb, no filler. One pound packs with four links. $12

Lean ground beef $8 / lb 100% grass fed with a 60 day carrot, apple, corn and barley finishing diet. Lean, tender, flavourful.

Free run, all natural chicken. Whole $4.25 / lb and pieced (thighs, legs, wings, back and two boneless skinless breasts) $5.25 / lb

I have a limited amount of eggs, so best to pre-order.

My hours for Petersburg will be a little different tomorrow as I will be open from 10am to 1pm.

I have some eggs and also fully stocked with whole and pieced chickens, as well as lamb, although I am getting low on sausage. I also have lots of lean ground beef.

The Leibold Farms Petersburg Factory Outlet (LOL) will be open tomorrow from noon to 4pm.

Eggs – I have extra, but not unlimited so best to pre-order.

Chicken – all natural, free run, whole and pieced

Beef – I have lean ground only right now. All individual cuts and mixed boxes back in stock in two weeks.

Lamb – Fully stocked, but getting low on sausage

Honey – Large and small jars in stock

Hey, it's been awhile. A long while. I had to take care of a few things and then I needed a nap. Actually, a couple of naps.

I still have the best stuff around and for the remainder of the summer I will be in Petersburg every Saturday from noon until 4pm with all my available products.

Right now I have lamb, whole and pieced chicken, eggs, honey and ground beef. Other than the ground, I am out of beef but I will have a full range of cuts in about two weeks as it is now at the butchers in the middle of a three week dry aging.

All natural, all good.

I have chicken back in stock as I just picked up the first batch from the processors. They are all natural, free run and delicious and I have them available whole or flat cut. The flat cut have had the backbone removed and partly butterflied which helps ensure even cooking. Great for the bbq. $4.25/lb for whole amd $4.75 for the flat cut.

This Saturday I will be doing deliveries in Kitchener Waterloo or you can pick up at our Petersburg location Saturday afternoon.

Grass fed beef, pastured lamb, eggs and honey are also available and in stock.
