Spring is sprung and Shelly's Kitch'n Table is getting ready for the Alderney Landing market on May 9, 2026.

One thing I completed over the winter The Food Handler Certificate. This was an excellent course. It stressed the importance of food safety, cross contamination, and food temperature.
