Hard to believe that we are cracking garlic!! It feels like we just finished cleaning it. We should be planting by the end of the week, we were hoping to get it down to 18 varieties but we will still be planting 34 varieties! its really hard to scale down.
We have 1 more market at the end of the month, we will be at the Downtown Windsor Farmers Market on October 31st. We are 95% sold out.
