We have experienced some slow delivery on some of our parts over the last year or so and have been thinking/talking about recommending to our customers to have an “emergency back up kit” / “winter back up kit” that would include the most common parts that will failure you with little warning. Bill has told his customers in the past “when do you think your stove will fail you, not in the summer when your not using it” “it will be in the winter when you need it most”. We will be putting together these packages and then we will post it here. This photo is a stove that Bill has refurbished for a customer and currently running final tests before pickup.

Changing a door gasket. This is for a customer with a wood stove. We pride ourselves to help our customers any way we can. High heat fibreglass rope (special order) and high heat silicone. Prep work is important.
