I snuck out to the stand and grabbed a bag of flour to bake a few loaves of bread on this dreary day! Do you have a good recipe? I’d LOVE to try it! 🙏🍞🥖🥯

I have the stand loaded with some goodies this morning! We have eucalyptus in 1 gallon pots, fresh milled flour, local honey from Rawlake’s Farm, and some swag! If you’ve already talked to me about reserving a pot of eucalyptus or have pre ordered you’ll see your name on the board on the left and can pick your pots out of the bin or from the table! 😊🌿

Do you want to grow your own eucalyptus?

Back in January, I started a limited number of eucalyptus plants that I potted up multiple times and are now available in 1-gallon pots.

What I love about growing your own eucalyptus is that it isn’t a one-time purchase or a short-lived bouquet. You can harvest stems as you need them, enjoying fresh eucalyptus throughout the season. You can even dry the cut stems to add to home decor.

I definitely recommend potting up these plants into larger pots as they do not like crowded roots. They will flourish if given a larger space, and you can even try your hand at bringing the plant indoors through the winter as it will excel on its second year if it survives our long winter indoors 😅

I only have a very limited number available this year as this is a trial year. Message me for pricing and availability before they’re gone(or planted in my own garden 😂🌿)

The ranunculus were more than ready to get into the ground! They are looking extremely healthy. Now hopefully I can keep them that way 😂😅 They dislike too warm of weather, so I am hoping for a mild spring! 🤞🌦️

Last fall, I erred on the side of caution and decided not to order any ranunculus corms. I knew I’d have a newborn this spring and wasn’t sure how much time or energy I’d have to get everything started and planted out.

But I accidentally stumbled upon a few hundred corms and couldn’t resist 😂🤷‍♀️ It looks like they’ve pretty much all sprouted and I am itching to get them into the garden! 🌺🌱

Whenever I think about zinnias I am reminded of my late dog Frankie 🤍 She loved the zinnia patch 🌺

I’m officially done seeding my zinnias. They like to be started about 4 weeks before last frost. They don’t like to be root bound in their trays. So if you’d like to start your own, there’s still time 😃 I’m excited about a few new varieties I’m trying out this year!

Evolution of my seed misters 💦🌱

For misting the soil after planting seeds, I started with a small squeeze spray bottle… which worked, but was very inefficient and I’m pretty sure I would have carpal tunnel syndrome by now if I still used it 😂

Then I went onto a handheld pressure sprayer-much better for a decent number of seedlings. Occasionally, I still use the handheld pressurized sprayer if I only have to mist a few trays.

Now with the quantity of seeds I start and a baby in the mix, I needed something more hands-free… so I’ve moved on to a backpack sprayer. 10/10 recommend! 💦🙌
