Missed a post lol so last week we did Coco. We had quesadillas with cilantro lime crema and churros for dessert.

This week movie: Lilo and Stitch
Dinner: BBQ pineapple meatballs over rice
Dessert: mint chocolate chip ice cream

So we got absolutely SPOILED today. We had a full day of meals for this movie.

Movie: Beauty and the Beast
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Bruschetta
Lunch: Soup du jour
Dinner: Beef Ragu
Dessert: Grey Stuff (it's delicious)

Always a great classic. Lumiere is such a fun loving character. He's always been one of my favourites. Great reminder that true beauty is found within.

Movie: Pinocchio
Dinner: Figaro's fish on rice with beurre blanc
Dessert: Wishing Star sugar cookies

Nice down to earth, feel-good movie. Sure don't make them like this anymore. Guess Jiminy Cricket's still got a lot of advising to do, because some people aren't listening lol hope everyone had a good weekend. Here's to a new week ahead.

Finally got Family movie night back on the rails.

Movie: Monsters, Inc.
Dinner: Cecilia's culinary masterpiece. Cecilia's hair isn't made of spaghetti, but we did have spaghetti and meatballs. Dessert: Don't let Mike Wazowski know he's just cake pops in disguise, our treats were carrot cake pops.

Thrilled to revive these nights, Monsters, Inc. is my jam, a feel-good monster mash that helps kids see the scream-less side of the big furry critters and Aimi's become a giggle monster of her own.

Dessert: Chocolate bars (Kevin's favourite)
Next week: Aimi will be spending a week with grandma so we will skip movie night next week. We will have family movie night again April 5

Gotta love the team of Tim Allen and Tom Hanks. You can picture the two of them in their boxes as they spout their lines. They clearly had a blast
