We take these beautiful loins and age them 14 days to firm up the skin and let the natural enzymes begin to tenderize the meat for the perfect bit. This is pork like you've never had before!!

Let the games begin!!

Erik is off to Kamloops this weekend to compete in the 3rd annual British Columbia Best Butcher Competition hosted 🔪

18 of BCs best go head to head in three 45 min rounds where the top three scores move on to the finals. It's a stiff competition full of so much talent and it brings a lot of amazing attention to this industry! 🤘🏻

The first round begins at 10am where Erik is on table #1. Tune into the Instagram page to follow along with the live stream and updates !
