Check out our new SIGNS! Thanks so much for helping our creative vision come to life.
As a business owner, I thought people could find us with our market banner in the window, but that wasn't the case. Customers commented that it took them a bit, but they found us. We want to make it as easy as possible for our tea loves to find us.

Hello my Tea Loves! Happiest 92nd bday to the Brantford Tea Queen aka Wendy aka my Gran. We are celebrating her retirement tomorrow. Pop in for a cuppa from 2-4 and share your memories with her.

Other than her puns and funny one liners, my fave memory is the legacy and impact my Gran has had on those around her. (If only we could all be so lucky as to retire at 92!)

In 2008, Steve Burchell started this business because he couldn't find good loose leaf tea in Brantford. 14 years later, we are a thriving 4 generation business with 300 varieties of loose leaf tea and over 100 custom blends.

We had an incredible tea party in June 2022 to commemorate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee; complete with a competition for the best china tea cup, fascinators, freshly baked scones, Devonshire clotted cream and 15 vendors on a perfect sunny day.

We received an overwhelming customer response since June stating they want to enjoy that Afternoon Tea experience again and again with their kids, family and friends. We would love to have your support to make this tea room a reality for our local Brantford communi-TEA on February 4, 2023.

Steve and I worked late to finish up a 500 bag order this evening. No rest for the weary tonight and no dinner for me. I headed to Maria's on West for some lasagna or a pizza slice but it took 40 mins. I asked for a slice. However, an exceptional man came an offered me some pizza from his freshly made pie!!!!! Thank you for your kindness and for saving me from eating cake for dinner. Remember to pay it forward always!!!! What's your kindness from strangers story?

Hey tea lovers, we're proud to feature our best selling Rooibos on . Rooibos is high in anti-oxidants & polyphenols, and may help lower blood pressure. Grown in the western region of South Africa, Rooibos is Afrikaans for "red bush" and is fed to newborn babies in tandem with mother's breast milk. It can also act as a natural anti-inflammatory.
