A heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful Janine’s Gardens customers who have been asking about my labour, how I’m doing, and about our new baby. Your kind messages, care, and concern have meant so much to me and my family. ❤️

I’m very happy to share that I gave birth to a beautiful little girl on August 8th. Her name is Lydia May. 💕👶. Lydia wants to say hi to everyone and hope to see all our customers soon. She is just one month old today!

I’m sorry it has taken me a little while to share the news. I have been very busy studying this tiny new person, while Lydia has been busy studying the whole big new world around her. 😊 Every day has been something new for both of us.

Thank you again to everyone who has checked in, asked about us, and sent such kind wishes. We truly appreciate all the love and support from our Janine’s Gardens community.

We’ll keep everyone posted, and I’ll let you know when I’m ready to come back and continue rolling sushi again! 🍣🌱

Here we are on a gorgeous Saturday morningBrockville Farmers' Market. The sun is shining and the people are smiling. We have fresh produce including Asian Water Spinach,Indian Spinach, Microgreens, Sweet Basil, Fresh Mint, Hand picked Tarragon, Sweet red peppers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes for sandwiches or Salads, and Asian squash. We are enjoying this PERFEcT weather at the Downtown Brockville Farmers Market and we finally have our Asian Spinach varieties in. Also incredibly juicy cucumbers, sun ripened tomatoes ready for a delightful toasted tomato sandwich to be paired with some flavourful and nutritious microgreens. Lots of smiles from customers, visitors, and vendors alike. Wishing you a terrific weekend.

Just an update for all of our customers who have been asking when Trang is due. She had her gorgeous baby girl on Saturday August 8. Both are doing well and resting. I will leave it up to Trang to post any information and or pictures of their little girl.

💚 A Little Heads-Up from Trang 💚

This Saturday will be my last week rolling and serving fresh sushi at the Brockville Farmers’ Market before I take a short break to welcome our little baby girl. ❤️

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us, visited our booth, and made this journey so special. Your kindness, encouragement, and smiling faces have meant more than you know.

Don’t worry—Janine’s Gardens isn’t going anywhere! 🌱 We’ll still be at the market each week with fresh microgreens, greens, basic sushi rolls, poke bowls, and salad bowls while we continue training and adjusting during this exciting new chapter.

I’ll be back as soon as I can, and we’ll be sure to keep everyone updated. Until then, thank you for your patience, your support, and for being part of our little Janine’s Gardens family.
