We are MooBowl, a brand new online catering service based in Vancouver, BC, specializing in authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Our chef has years of experience in the restaurant industry — including working at a well-known Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup restaurant that operated in Vancouver’s Marpole area nearly 20 years ago!
Our homemade Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup features a rich, flavorful broth simmered for 48 hours with a generous amount of beef bones and tender beef shanks. It’s served with our signature sour mustard greens and aromatic beef chili oil — perfect if you’re craving a spicy kick! This heartwarming dish is a must-try on a cold day or for any soup lover. 🍜
We’ll announce monthly when each new batch is ready for pre-order — quantities are limited, so stay tuned and follow us for updates! Large group orders are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate the date you need if possibleble. Please PM us for more details and to place your order. Pick-up is available in Burnaby, and nearby pick-up locations can be arranged. 📍
