My first post is going to be about this MARVELOUS place: Pizzeria GAGA.
I'm going to say a few things that will say a lot about this small place located in beltline with 5 star review in TripAdvisor!
First, there is a sign on the front door that is mentioning free food for homeless.
Next, when we visited, we were immediately greeted by the owner who seemed honestly interested in us and had the patience to go over the menu (written overhead), humourously. This place is run by this super friendly couple from Yogoslavia!
Third, he advises that if you don't like the food, you don't have to pay for it. And the price is very reasonbaly!
Fourth - the pizzas come with amazing toppings and are, quite simply, delicious!!! All the flavors seem to be incredible and you can really taste the yummy sauce and fresh toppings. You should try the Stella Rosa Belgrado with ham, prunes, bacon and feta cheese (really good) and, my favourite one: the Signora Gaga, It has prosciutto, bocconcini and figs. Yes, figs!! I even enjoyed the figs!! A mix of flavor that is inexplicably wonderful!!
and Fifth, they have a small section of European goodies for sale. Austrian chocolate, Greek pickles, Serbian waffles...etc... All reasonably priced too!!
