Hi Odyssey fans.
I wanted to point out some of the unique things that make the Odyssey Brewmaster different from conventional equipment and make it a more natural solution. The concept was formed by reverting back to basics of brewing b**r for inspiration. Odyssey uses of readily available elements (in nature) to create a more natural and pure product while reducing the complexity and cost of using traditional equipment.

My Odyssey Brewmaster story is a long and tortured one. An idea that has been 7 years in the making! It started as an idea to make a micro- brewery system that was less expensive and more practical. There have many huge setbacks during this process that made me want to give up on it as the level of frustration was enormous. Instead ,I embarked on a personal journey to make a real difference in the craft brewing industry, this invention is the product of relentless determination to make my mark in the world, despite having the odds stacked against me!

It was the lesson taught in the ancient tale of the Odyssey that compelled me to finish it and that's how it got it's name!
