Cooking in my Genes Sharing simple & seasonal recipes and inspiration for casual gatherings My name is Jess and I love food. I love to cook, bake and eat – in no particular order.

My love of food started at a young age (well, except for a few items I didn’t exactly fall in love with at first…a story on stir-fry will be shared later on). These days I cook and bake for those I love and to me there’s nothing better than the people I love, sitting around a table, enjoying a meal together. It all comes down to family, friends & food.
