Was supposed to go to a family that suffered a loss but timing vs distance didn’t work out. Cheddar / fresh parmigiano/ herb with Sue’s homemade butter 🤯 I think I have been to the mountain top! I bet there will be a glass of wine later for the trifecta!

Mastering sourdough is a significant undertaking. Although I typically prepare it with cheese and herbs, I find even the plain variety to be delectable. What's not to love about freshly baked bread, regardless of type?
