My kitchen smells like pure heaven right now because I made my fantastic Romanian sausages, and I swear they came out so juicy you could hear them whispering your name.

This is Amanda’s Kitchen magic at work, and I am not even pretending to be humble about it. These beauties turned out very well. 🩷

And today I had help, which made it even better. My hubby jumped in and worked right beside me, and I am so grateful for him. Thank you, love, for making the whole process easier and way more fun.

If you have never tried homemade Romanian sausages, you are missing out because nothing compares to the flavor and the feeling of making something this good with your own hands and a little help from the man you love. 🙌

Merry Christmas Eve to all of you.❤️

As we settle into this beautiful night I hope your homes feel a little softer and your hearts feel a little lighter. This season has a way of slowing us down just enough to notice the small things that matter most. The glow of the tree. The warmth of a familiar voice. The comfort of knowing we’re connected even when life feels busy or uncertain.

From my family to yours I’m sending love warmth and a sincere hope that tonight brings you peace and a sense of belonging. I also hope we each find a moment to look beyond our own walls and remember those in our communities who are struggling. Christmas is at its best when we turn outward. A simple act of kindness a meal shared a donation a check‑in with someone who feels forgotten. These small choices ripple farther than we ever see.

Wherever you are and whatever this year has held for you I hope tonight gives you space to breathe and to feel the goodness that still exists in the world. May you feel surrounded by love and may you find a way to pass that love forward to someone who needs it.
