🍁 Our very first year making maple syrup — and we’re officially SOLD OUT! 🍁

What an incredible first season! From tapping our sugar maple trees in March (when the nights are below freezing and the days warm above freezing) to collecting and boiling down the sap, filtering out the “sugar sand,” and finally bottling our syrup — it has been so rewarding to see the whole process come together.

And now, our very first batch is officially gone! 🤎🍁

We’re so grateful to everyone who purchased a bottle and supported us through our first maple syrup season. We can’t wait to tap the trees again and make even more delicious, homemade maple syrup next year!

Until then… we’ll be dreaming of maple season! 🍁🤤

Last week we had over 30 ram lambs brought to our farm from Chassagne Farm.

We have been given the opportunity again to look after them until early December!

The kids already remember what to do from last year and are already fighting over who gets to call them in at bed time 😅🐏
