This garlic is suitable for all your culinary, preserving and planting needs. We grow “Music”, a hard neck variety with beautiful flavour that has a storage length of about 6 months.

Our pastured pigs are genuinely some of the happiest animals we’ve ever met 🐷 fed organic grain, spent grain from our neighbours at Hoffman Brewery, unsprayed apples and our own eggs.

We still have 1.5 hogs available for our November harvest, sold as whole or half. Each order is processed uniquely according to your preference (hams, chops, bacon, roasts etc).

We had a wonderful time at Brauwerk Hoffman last night for the farm to table dinner 🍽️ 🥰
This meal was as local as it gets, featuring yak meat from our friends over at Ferme Pure Conscience , produce from Ferme des Petites Victoires, our own farm-raised chicken and so much more! Such a treat.
