I’d like to introduce to you the new bread mix that is getting milled and packaged today. The honey whole wheat dough is easy to knead. It is slightly sticky to work with but have a little patience with it. You’ll end up with two lovely aromatic loaves that taste amazing fresh and keeps the flavour the day after. Come buy some soon to try it out. The aroma as they bake is one of the best parts.
These pictures show you the recipe that’s in each bag, the ingredients and the final product. It is a lighter fluffier bread than our multigrain mix. From now on we’ll work to keep both in stock.
Also, our coffee order got roasted two days ago and is on it’s way. Fresh beans will be great to have again.

Our fridge and freezer are well stocked during these cold weather stay at home and bake days. Tortillas, bread mix, all purpose flour mix and oatmeal.
Also, Kristen came up with a new Honey Whole Wheat bread mix that is really good and we’re soon going to have it in the fridge too just need to get labels and recipe cards printed.
Fresh coffee order from Stoney Point Joe will be coming in February, if you have specific requests let us know. They sell some really nice airscape canisters that keep your coffee fresh by vacuum sealing each time you close it. They also have cups and french presses.

Coffee beans are on the shelf! I forgot to post it. There are a couple new varieties
