One of my favourite and most requested things to make is cornbread! I love making mine with jalapenos and sharp cheddar cheese to kick it up a notch! I make mine from scratch, but if you're not up for that, or just need to get it done quick, here is a great pre-made mix to get things popping!!

Hi 👋

How's everyone feeling after the holidays? I'm stuffed!!! So much delicious food and so many awesome gatherings.

I took a little break from PC over the holidays as I was swamped with...LIFE! Anyway, I'm back at it. I've been cooking up a storm lately and using some of my pampered chef stuff a lot!
