A huge shout‑out to the Claresholm Kraken Swim Club! 🐙💙

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the incredible swimmers, families, and supporters of the Kraken Swim Club for their amazing fundraising efforts selling Meadow Creek Sausage & Meat products. Their hard work raised important funds for the club — and, through this initiative, $760 was also raised for The Opa Kers Legacy Fund for Kids, helping support programs that bring joy and opportunity to children in our community.

And to Claresholm: thank you for always showing up with generosity and hometown pride. Your support lifts our swimmers, empowers our kids, and keeps community spirit thriving.

What a Canada Day to remember! 🇨🇦❤️

The Opa Kers Legacy Fund for Kids is thrilled to share that our Canada Day BBQ at Centennial Park raised over $1,700 to support programs and opportunities for kids right here in Claresholm.

We were proud to host and provide all the delicious meat, buns, and sauerkraut through Meadow Creek Sausage & Meat Ltd.—a true team effort that brought our community together for a great cause.

And to our incredible community: thank you, Claresholm, for showing up with heart, appetite, and hometown spirit. Your support helps us continue Opa’s legacy of kindness, joy, and giving children the chance to thrive.

We can’t wait to do it all again next month for Fair Days. See you there! ❤️🌭🎉
