After 3.5 incredible years of working side by side, we are sad to see Rachel step down from Pepper & Co. Her dedication and hard work has been nothing short of amazing. She has poured her heart into this venture and we have had many laughs, challenges, and exciting moments. We wish her all the best as she pursues new opportunities and pray for continued success.

Moving forward, Pepper & Co will continue with the same love for quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and community.
