We got our hands on some local asparagus from our friends at  (how lucky are we!!) and that calls for a grilled asparagus and shaved fennel salad with house grapefruit vinaigrette, topped with fresh orange and candied hazelnuts. The kickoff of local flavours has us so excited for the season ahead 🌿✨

It’s an Australian Wagyu kinda weekend, my friends! 🥩✨
Bred with inspiration from beloved Japanese A5 Wagyu, the Australian line leans a little meatier, slightly less rich, while still incredibly juicy and tender. Perfect with simple seasoning, a hot sear, and served medium rare.
