Here’s a challenge: turn your drink around and read the ingredient list. Not the claims on the front. The actual ingredients.
“Low sugar.”
“Lightly sweetened.”
“Made with natural flavours.”
“No added sugar.”
Those words may sound great, but they don’t tell you what the drink is actually made from. Ingredients are listed from the greatest amount to the smallest. If water is first, water is the main ingredient. Then look at what follows: sweeteners, concentrates, flavours, colours and preservatives.
Water being first isn’t automatically bad, but you should know what you’re paying for.
Our Unusually Good Sparkling Apple Juice is:
70% real BC apple juice.
30% sparkling water.
Not from concentrate.
That’s it. That’s all.
It’s made exclusively with BC-grown apples, then pressed and canned by us in Coldstream. We’ve been supporting local growers since 2012
Don’t be fooled by buzzwords. Turn it around, read the label and know what you’re buying.
