todays ventures into canning...
cherry jam, apple cherry jam, fig marmalade, peach jam. peach habanero, apple chutney, apple cranberry chutney, apple sauce and oh, I have about another 100 pounds of apples to process...
the life of a gardener, homemaker, canner and I cannot waste anything!

84 jars of dill pickles set aside. Is it time to stock up for that most wonderful time of the year?

Peach habanero, bourbon peach, fig, fig blackberry, pi kled beets, strawberry, blackberry, three kinds of marmalade, two kinds of salsa. It's been a busy week off.
Still searching for green tomatoes...bring me a bag to the fairgrounds and I will pay you with a jar of jam...

We have dill pickles! They will be for sale starting Aug 8, 15 and 22 at our market stall in the fairgrounds.
We also have family size zuchinni relish, green sweet and tangy relish and a red n green tomato cucumber relish.
Blackberry jam, blackberry spicy jam, lime and cilantro salsa and a mango pineapple salsa. New is a cardamom fig jam.
It has been a busy week in our kitchens...more items coming each day.

Is a crazy week. Our next market isn't until August 8th so we are restocking the shelves.
Salsa, blackberry jam, strawberry jam, peach jam, pickles, beets, relishes, chutneys, pepper jellies ( we have some hot hot peppers ripening) and what ever else we can find time for....
