Tonight's easy dinner 🍗 — Sheet-Pan Lemon Herb Chicken & Veggies (gluten-free, nut-free). Chicken thighs + potatoes + carrots + broccoli on one pan. Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt + pepper. 425°F for 35–40 min. One pan, dinner done! Pack any leftovers in your Tupperware containers for easy lunches tomorrow. Save this for a busy night! 📌

Kitchen tip 🥩: Marinating? 30 minutes is enough for most cuts — longer isn't always better, especially with acidic marinades (citrus, vinegar), which can make meat mushy. Easy lunch idea 🥗 — 5-Minute Mediterranean Chickpea Salad (gluten-free, nut-free). 1 can chickpeas (drained + rinsed), 1 cucumber (diced), 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/4 red onion (finely diced), feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt + pepper. Toss and enjoy! Make extra and store tomorrow's lunch in a Tupperware container — it stays fresh and ready to grab. Save this one for later! 📌
