​I grabbed some beautiful little pickling cukes from Flexy’s yesterday and decided to try Sweet Gherkins for the very first time!

​The catch? It’s a 6-stage process.

​Between juggling this batch and my full-time day job, I’m going to have to bribe my boss and coworker with another jar of pickles so I can get a day off to finish them! 🥒💼
