📢 Walmart| Pincher Creek Deliveries – Temporary Pause

Dear Crowsnest Pass Community,

We want to let our customers know that CNP Doorstep is temporarily pausing our Walmart Pincher Creek delivery service until further notice.

Today was our last Walmart Pincher Creek delivery for the time being.

We’ve seen lower customer demand and fewer Walmart orders, while at the same time our drivers have been increasingly busy handling deliveries within the Crowsnest Pass.

At the moment, having a dedicated driver available for the Pincher Creek run each Thursday has become difficult for our small team. Rather than offering a service we cannot reliably maintain, we’ve decided to temporarily pause the route.

❤️ Our local Crowsnest Pass delivery service continues as usual. We remain fully focused on serving our customers throughout the Pass with restaurant, grocery, pharmacy, convenience, liquor and other local deliveries.

This is a temporary pause, not necessarily a permanent cancellation. If we have the driver availability to operate the route reliably again, we will revisit Walmart Pincher Creek deliveries.

Starting August 15, 2026, CNP Doorstep is updating the delivery fees.

After a year of serving our community, we’ve listened to valuable feedback from our customers and delivery drivers and carefully reviewed our pricing to keep it fair and sustainable.

This adjustment helps us:
✅ Continue providing reliable, quality delivery service
✅ Keep enough drivers available during busy periods, especially the supper rush
✅ Ensure our hardworking drivers are fairly compensated for their time and effort

Due to the warm weather and more people making trips to Pincher Creek themselves, we've noticed a decrease in the number of Walmart delivery orders. To continue providing efficient service, we are adjusting our schedule.

Thank you to everyone in the Crowsnest Pass community for your continued support. We truly appreciate every order, every recommendation, and every kind word. Your support helps us continue building a reliable local delivery service for our community.

After listening to feedback from both our loyal customers and our delivery drivers, we are introducing a small shopping handling fee for larger grocery orders. This helps recognize the time and effort involved in shopping, selecting, and handling groceries while allowing us to continue providing dependable service.

📢 Effective Immediately:

✅ 1–3 grocery items: No shopping handling fee (only the regular delivery fee applies)

✅ 4 or more grocery items: The first 3 items remain FREE, and each additional item is charged a $0.50 shopping handling fee.

Examples:

🛒 3 items = $0.00 shopping handling fee

🛒 5 items = $1.00 shopping handling fee(First 3 items free, 2 additional items × $0.50)

🛒 10 items = $3.50 shopping handling fee(First 3 items free, 7 additional items × $0.50)

🛒 15 items = $6.00 shopping handling fee(First 3 items free, 12 additional items × $0.50)

👉 Just a kind reminder, we still have discounted delivery rates to help our senior community members to stay within their budget. Same town $5 and outside Town $7 delivery fee.
