As summer approaches, I’ll be pressing pause on my cooking classes until September 🌿☀️

The slower pace of summer feels like a good opportunity to step back, spend time with family and friends, enjoy the season, and create a little more space for rest and inspiration.

If you've been enjoying our conversations around nourishment, balance, and intentional living, I’d love to invite you to join me for a Stillpoint Session over the summer months.

A Stillpoint Session is an opportunity to slow down and simply be. Through the gentle sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and rest. It's a chance to quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and create space for reflection and renewal.

For me, intentional living isn't just about the food we eat. It's also about how we spend our time, where we place our energy, and whether we're creating moments to pause and listen to ourselves.

Thank you for supporting my cooking classes and being part of this community. I look forward to gathering around the table again in September 💛

Until then, perhaps I'll see you at Stillpoint ✨ Join the waitlist (link in bio) for our July 12th session.

🌙 SAVE THE DATE — STILLPOINT

Our first Stillpoint Session is coming.

Saturday, July 12 at 3:00 PM
📍The Studio by DWC
35 Baker Drive, Suite 104 Dartmouth

Stillpoint is a small, intentionally curated gathering designed to support rest, presence, and nervous system calm through guided meditation, immersive sound, grounding rhythm, and quiet ritual.

Everything is prepared for you before you arrive.

Mats.
Blankets.
Pillows.
Infused water.
Herbal tea.
A softly held space to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply arrive as you are.

The guided session will be approximately 45 minutes, followed by quiet time to linger—journal, sip tea, connect, or simply sit in the stillness a little longer before returning to your evening.

This offering has been in my heart for a long time, and I’m so happy to finally be opening the doors.

Sessions will be intentionally small to preserve the intimacy of the experience.

🌿 Join the waitlist through my linktr.ee at the top of this page to be the first to know when booking opens on the website.

🌙 INTRODUCING STILLPOINT

Something new is beginning here.

Stillpoint is a space I’ve been quietly shaping over time—an offering rooted in my lifelong thread of intentional creation, from my previous offering of hand-knotted malas (for those of you who were around then you will remember ), to nourishing food experiences and a cooking community built around connection, presence, and care.

Whether through objects or through food, I’ve always been drawn to the same thing: how we experience care, ritual, and presence—not just what is made, but how it makes us feel.

Stillpoint carries that same intention… just expressed in a new form.

These are small, curated gatherings designed to help you slow down and return to yourself through:
• guided meditation
• immersive sound
• grounding rhythm and vibration
• aromatherapy

This is not about doing more.
It’s about softening into less.

Stillpoint is just beginning, and I’ll be opening space slowly and intentionally as it grows.

If this resonates, I’m glad you’re here. 🌙
