Unfortunately, 3 of mom’s quarters have dried up. There was still milk in the quarter we were milking, but that won’t be enough to raise a calf

Dummy calf alert! Give us your best tricks for getting a calf that refuses to nurse, to nurse! Josh and I have had mom’s tit directly its mouth, we’ve squirted milk from mom in its mouth, tried a bottle and have even attempted the Madigan Squeeze (thanks YouTube). No luck so far and we’ve had to tube the dummy 3 times.

And yes, we realize that she’s got a terrible bag 🙃
