Okay… plot twist 😅
I’m officially pushing back my launch a bit.
Turns out starting a legit business involves more than just cooking really good food and being awesome 🤷♀️ Between final kitchen details, licensing, and insurance, there are a few boxes that still need to be checked.
I could rush it and open sooner… but that’s not the standard I’m building this on. I want everything fully dialed, fully legit, and something I’m actually proud of long-term.
Do I hate delaying it? Yes.
Am I still ridiculously excited? Also yes.
Because behind the scenes, things are coming together in the best way. I’ve been testing, tweaking, and low-key going full mad scientist on the menu 👩🍳
We’re talking:
• high-protein meals that don’t taste like sadness
• comfort food that still fits your goals
• grab-and-go options that actually make your life easier
Basically… food that fuels you, tastes unreal, and doesn’t feel like a compromise.
I know delays are annoying (trust me, I’m right there with you), but we are SO close. And when I open, it’s going to be done right.
