A little Knife & Nourish update 💚

I won’t be releasing a new menu for next week while I take a short pause to work through some kitchen logistics and figure out my next move.

Running a small business definitely comes with a few unexpected plot twists 😂 but don’t worry, this isn’t goodbye! I’m not ready to give up on Knife & Nourish or everything I’ve worked so hard to build.

I’m taking a little time to regroup, explore some possibilities, and hopefully come back with a clearer plan for what’s next.

Thank you for being patient with me and for always supporting this little business of mine. Stay tuned…Knife & Nourish is just figuring out its next chapter. 💚🔪

A little look at this week’s cook day! 👩‍🍳✨

And by “little look,” I really do mean little because once again, I completely failed at taking pictures of everything! 😂

This one had a little bit of everything! Regular Knife & Nourish meals, family-sized favourites, custom orders, and another lunch prepared for Dawson Creek City Council! From Garlic Chicken & Creamy Mash and Beef Burrito Bowls to fresh wraps, colourful salads, casseroles, and double-chocolate zucchini muffins… it was a busy kitchen! 😍

A very special shoutout to my #2 in the kitchen, my mom! She is truly a hero and helps keep me and this crazy little operation moving. I genuinely don’t know what I would do without her! 🤎

I’m so grateful for every weekly order, custom request, and opportunity that continues to come my way. Thank you for trusting me to feed you, your families, your workplaces, and your special events! It truly means so much!

A little scheduling change is coming to Knife & Nourish!

Going forward, weekly meal pickup will now be:

This new schedule will give me a little more time behind the scenes to get everything prepared, cooked, packaged and ready for you!

As Knife & Nourish continues to grow and get busier (which I’m so grateful for 💚), I’m also starting to look for a bigger space to support that growth, so keep an eye out for updates on a new pickup location soon!

If you’ve already ordered from this week’s menu, please note that your pickup will be Tuesday evening.

If Tuesday evening doesn’t work for you, please feel free to message me and we can work something out!
