NOW HIRING: Blueberry Receiver - Short-Term Position

📅 Start Date: August 4, 2025 | Duration: Approx. 6 weeks
🕒 12-Hour Shifts | Day and night shift position available
East Coast Wild Blueberry Ltd. is seeking a Blueberry Receiver to support our busy harvest season. This short-term role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a solid work ethic. You will be a key part of our receiving operations, ensuring accurate intake and handling of incoming product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming loads of wild blueberries
• Accurately document product weights and quality upon arrival
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control team
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with unloading trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving area
• Work on the production line as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Experience in a shipping/receiving environment preferred
• Extreme attention to detail is essential
• Forklift operation experience is an asset
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in outdoor and indoor conditions
• Steel-toed work boots are required
Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience and demonstrated abilities.
