We landed a 3rd place call for our Pouding Chomeur, using blueberries. In the Maple & Blueberry ancillary category. It was a good day, now we turn our attention to tomorrow for the KCBS Master Series. Going to be a long hard day, will need to bring my A game. Along with some other letters

The Jack 9 Memorial BBQ competition has closed, out 26 really strong teams. I finished first in Pork, I’m extremely happy with the results and looking forward to next year.
