BLK Bobby Flay I’m just a middle aged dad who loves to make bbq. I always daydream how cool it would be making a living off selling bbq.

I started from a $60 Canadian Tire smoker to competing in backyard bbq competitions, then moving to the pro circuit, now catering.

Always great to see my bbq brethren and meeting new teams. Every year this competition gets bigger and bigger and it makes me happy to see it.
