I’ve been a little quiet around here, but summer has been keeping me busy. Between everything going on, I’ve been spending my free time in the kitchen testing recipes for the next cookie drop.
Here’s a little sneak peek of what I’ve been working on:
• M&M Melt – a soft vanilla cookie loaded with M&M’s and chocolate chips.
• Salted Caramel – a chewy sugar cookie topped with vanilla buttercream, homemade salted caramel, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
• Stuffed Biscoff – a buttery cookie loaded with white chocolate chips and stuffed with creamy Biscoff cookie butter, finished with a Biscoff drizzle.
They’re still getting a few final tweaks, but I’m getting close. I can’t wait to share the final lineup with you. Stay tuned.
