How it started.
So people who know my husband and I, know that we not only love each other more than anything, but we also LOVE FOOD!!! We send each other recipes that we find, instead of love notes. Truth!!! We have always dreamed about getting into the food industry. Late night talks about what our restaurant would be called, what would be on our menu, and how great it would be to share our passion and joy with others. Then one day we made a huge batch of homemade pierogies. (My Nanny was a pro at these!!!) I posted them to Facebook, to show just how awesome they turned out! Then I got a comment, and lots of likes, and more comments and more likes... and then a friend asked the question!!! “If you are ever willing to make these, and sell them, I will be the first to buy them!!” Well that started everything. We have two kitchens, we have the space, and we have the dream!!! So after a few months of getting our kitchen ready to be commercialized - we finally got our business licence to actually do this!!! BOOM, we are in the food industry, and we are loving it!!! That’s it...that is how it all started.
