As we continue our product exposure and conduct tastings, the trend is clear. Our top seller is emerging from the lineup and it doesn't surprise me. The Hot Habanero Ferment - Pepper Jelly, boasts a very complex flavour profile that can only be created through a fermentation and ageing process. This jelly can be best described as the perfect balance of flavour, sweet, and heat!

Started with looking for a coffee and turned into a Pepper Jelly taste tasting . Glad we poked our heads in, we had an absolute blast having everyone try our jelly and support our company. We really appreciate all the positive feedback and this unplanned pop up was so much fun!
