A signature take on the classic French-Canadian tarte au sucre, introducing the Delavoye Chocolate Pecan Sugar Pie! Our founder, Antoine, wanted to share a piece of his childhood heritage by recreating this iconic Quebecois dessert, which has traditional pride of place on holiday tables.

To make it uniquely Delavoye, we elevated the nostalgic recipe with our bean-to-bar chocolate......obviously. Combined with rich, toasted pecans, this creation beautifully brings holiday memories together.

Our Sake Chocolate has now made its way back to where it all began, the place where the sake we use in our chocolate is made 高砂酒造（KURA challenge）

What started with a bottle of sake introduced to us by our friends at Sakegami has now become part of our chocolate.

From Hokkaido, to Edmonton, and back again, a little reminder of how food, craft, and friendship can bring people across the world together.
