A wonderful evening at Between Us! 💛

Thank you to the Lois Hole Hospital For Women and ATB Financial for creating such a thoughtful event centered around women's health and wellness.

One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail — from the communication leading up to the event to the incredible support on-site. Those little touches made the experience seamless.

And I have to say... I loved how our wellness shots popped against the vibrant blue table linens! 💙 Sometimes it's the little details that bring a display to life.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to support myself and other women owned businesses. It was a pleasure meeting you all, and I hope to see you again soon! 🍋 🫚

Funny enough, it took a conversation at my son's soccer practice for me to realize I haven't been explaining this clearly enough.

Another parent asked about our wellness shots and said, "So it's not just a flavour? It's actually made from the fruit?"

YES. 🍍🍋🫐🍒

Our flavours aren't created with flavouring. They're made with the actual fruits and ingredients listed on the label. Real pineapple. Real lemon. Real cranberries. Real haskap berries.

That means every flavour has its own unique taste because it's made from the real thing.

It’s always exciting to walk into a store and see the product on the shelf, knowing it’s now available to a whole new community.

Reflecting on my demo at Freson Bros. Fort Saskatchewan.

A customer stopped by and told me she first discovered the ginger shots at a market and has been savoring the ones she has left because she didn't know when she'd get to see me again.
It was a sweet reminder of how far we've come.

Increasing our retail presence means our customers no longer have to wait until we're at a market to stock up. You can simply pick up your shots while doing your regular grocery shopping.

As much as I love meeting people at events and demos, there's something really special about knowing that the shots are becoming part of people's everyday routines.
