St Tola Divine goat's cheese topped with A Bit on the Side Red Jalapeno Jelly really is greater than the sum of its parts.
The sweet, spicy jelly combined with the cool, creamy cheese is simply amazing. So much so that it made it through to the finals of the Blas na hEireann Awards 2026. Best of luck to all this year's finalists 🤞
